Question for you intrepid mountaineers: What equipment would you like to see in the gym. Of course Brad and I have thoughts on what we’d like, but we are here for you guys so you tell us: What do you want to see in your gym?

  • Foam Roll
  • DROM
  • Push up development
-Skill Development-
  • All skills: Split Jerk practice (15 mins)
  • CFG: Hang snatch practice (15 mins)
-Conditioning-
  • 7 rds AQAP
  • 7 Hang cleans (CFG: 135/95)
  • 7 plyo push up (CFG: HSPU)
  • 7 pull up (CFG: chest to bar)
