In order to become a member at White Mountain CrossFit, we require that you either call or e mail us to schedule a time to sit down with a coach, so that we may learn a bit about you (i.e: athletic background, goals, ect.). We will also use this time to put you through our baseline workout, which all members perform on their first day, wheather they are new to CrossFit or not. Following that day, you have two ways of joining our gym-

1- If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you may test into our regular classes. You will be required to show an understanding of the fundamental movements we use in the gym, as well as show that you can perform these movements correctly during a workout. The test in option is by appointment only and may not be done the same day as the baseline workout.

2- If you are new to CrossFit, you may enroll in our introduction to CrossFit program. In this program, we teach you our fundamental movements, proper technique, and our model of nutrition. This program is highly recommended to people new to CrossFit, as well as CrossFitters who are looking to brush up on their basic skills.
